Brushed tungsten wedding band with rose gold groove and stepped edges.  The inside is also rose gold ion plated all the way to the stepped edges.  The center is a brushed finish.

Size/width available: size 5-13 (6mm width), size 8-14 (8mm width).

Material: Tungsten carbide.

Processing time:  This ring has a 1-3 days processing time.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

All rings from TN Rings are automatically covered under our Limited Lifetime Replacement Warranty. This includes coverage in case of manufacturer defective, accidental damage, sizing needs, medical emergency removal, and everything in between.

If it has been past the 45 Day Return time frame or your ring was a custom made, special ordered, laser engraved/personalized, you can still take advantage of our Lifetime Replacement Warranty to get a brand new ring.

Terms and Conditions of the Warranty:

- You have to contact us before shipping the ring back. Please email support@tnrings.com

- The replacement ring can be different in size, but has to be the same design AND materials of original order. If you ordered a stainless steel ring you cannot ask for a tungsten or titanium replacement ring even if the rings are the same design. Another example is if you order a tungsten ring you cannot ask for another tungsten ring with different design.

There is a small deductible fee to minimize abusive uses of our rings:

The deductible will cover:

- Resizing services
- Cleaning and inspecting of both the ring you ship back to us and the new ring.
- Re-engraving (if the original ring was engraved)
- Our shipping and handling of the ring back to you.

US orders deductible: $35

International orders deductible: $55
Please contact support@tnrings.com to request an exchange authorization.
We offer hassle-free size exchanges for any reason for a small fee to cover the cost of processing the exchange.
- Non personalized/non custom rings: $15 plus shippings.
- Personalized rings: $30 plus shippings.
- Custom/Made to order rings: $35 plus shippings.
This fee helps us cover repackaging, restocking, labor, sanitizing, and hand-polishing.
For personalized rings, we will engrave the same message on the original ring.

You may also exchange to another design with the same or greater price. The fee is the same as listed above plus the difference in price between the two designs.
There will be no refund of the price difference for exchanging to a lesser price design.

Cancellations:

Case by case

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us asap. If we haven't worked on the order (such as laser engraving, custom made, made to order) we might be able to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

No cancellation on custom order, laser engrave option if any work has been done. We can not resell personalized rings (laser engraved) or custom ring to another buyer.

We will issue a partial refund for made to order rings and orders with "send free sizer" option selected if:
- We already shipped the sizer
- We already started working on the ring (for made to order rings as noted in the description)

Returns Policy

You must contact support@tnrings.com to request RMA number and our return address before shipping back the item.

Items that are engraved/personalized or listed as made to order cannot be returned. You can exchange to another size if ordered a wrong size. Please refer to the description of the item for more information.

You may return or exchange a non-engraved / non-custom items back for a REFUND minus 15% restocking fee and shipping/upgrade if any within 45 days of delivery.

Engraved / Custom items / Organic materials rings made to order with the policy listed in the description as "no return" cannot be returned under the 45 days return policy, but they can be exchanged to a new size. Please refer to the exchange policy for more information. All rings are covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards.
- Items that had been modified or worked on by other jewelers.
- Personalized items, ring boxes and accessories.
- All services such as expedited processing, ring size exchange services, shipping and shipping upgrades, gift wrap, etc.

If it has past 45 days, you can use our Lifetime Replacement Warranty to cover your purchase including size exchange, scratched or accidental damaged, medical emergency removal and anything in between.

To be eligible for a return (45 days policy), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with any gift / promotional items that may be included with your purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any cost related to shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please contact us if your wedding date is approaching, so we can help you have a ring for the important date.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless it's marked as "delivered" on the tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We can not refund to a different account or method of payment other than the original method that was used to place to order.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@tnrings.com.

Shipping Policy

In stock items are generally shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom and handmade (organic material rings) are shipped within 2-5 business days. Added engraving service might take 1-2 business days for processing. Custom engrave items such as using fonts or icons that we don't already have will require 2-5 business days for processing.

We ship thru the US Postal (USPS) and UPS. The delivery time is "estimated" only. We can't control if there's a delay due to road hazard, weather condition, miss-delivered, or other events along the way. USPS only guarantee their "Express" packages. First class and Priority packages transit/delivery time are only estimates at best. Please do give yourself plenty of time and order way ahead of the important date (wedding, anniversary, proposal, etc).

International shipping: Transit time varies greatly per country. There are many uncontrollable factors that might effect the transit/delivery time. Please give yourself plenty of time and order way ahead of the important event. Customers are responsible for VAT, import tax, custom fees, etc...

Every package is shipped with a tracking number. US domestic packages will have the tracking update frequently. If the tracking stuck more than 7 business days, please contact us, so that we can claim insurance with the carrier. International packages might have the tracking stop updating for up to 3 weeks during sea transit or custom clearance depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Transit and delivery time are solely under the carrier's control. We don't have any control over this part of the process. We can't ask USPS or UPS to hurry up and deliver the package sooner nor can we control if they have a delay/error for any reason.

If the tracking shows the package is delivered, the carriers do not allow us to file any loss claim. If the package was damage or delivered late (only apply to guaranteed delivery shipments such as USPS Express, UPS Overnight, etc), please contact us as soon as possible (within 1-2 days from date of delivery for damaged packages) and we will assist in filing the claim with the carrier, or you can file the claim yourself. The process does take time and we are in no way responsible for how long they take to reply/approve the claim.
